Twisted Catfish should be on this list! Ashamed that it’s not!!! I travel from Austin to Houston just to eat at this truck! The food is amazing. The only place that has ever made me crave catfish! Never liked it before I ate Twisted Catfish!

Yes! You missed my favorite food truck, Twisted Catfish! They’re food is AMAZING! From their traditional catfish basket to their dishes with a culinary twist ( like the h-ton tacos, grilled catfish and Asian sauce instead of a fried wonton) it’s all good and fresh! In my opinion, they serve the best Catfish in houston!
