1. Ruthie’s Food Trucks
Ruthie’s Rolling Café has three trucks to serve the DFW area, offering gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with a twist. She uses her grandmother’s tried and true cheesy recipes and serves them with love.
The Boss is by far their most popular sandwich, with brisket and cheddar on sourdough bread. If you want a traditional grilled cheese, you can’t go wrong with the Plain Jane. They also have gluten free options, so no one needs to be left out!

2. Easy Slider
Easy Slider serves mouthwatering sliders with big Texas flavors and Southern comfort food flair.
The Sweet & Lowdown is without a doubt the fan favorite – it has Angus beef, bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry jam! The Roadside is another hit with the crowds.

3. Nammi Truck
Nammi Truck has Vietnamese cuisine fused with various cultures. They’re a popular food truck with media and blogs, having been awarded many times for their fabulous fare.
The Rice Bowl is a customer favorite, with vermicelli rice noodles, lettuce, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, jalapenos, mint, bean sprouts, cilantro, and peanuts. It’s simply delish! They also offer Bahn Mi sandwiches and tacos. Don’t miss their Basil Mint Lemonade while you are there!

4. Coco Shrimp
Coco Shrimp is a delicious food truck selection that brings the Polynesian culture to the streets of DFW.
Don’t miss their most popular dish, Coconut Shrimp with chili sauce, buttered rice, and a fresh garden salad with creamy ginger dressing! Coco Shrimp hand batters each shrimp in sweet coconut and deep fries to perfection. Finish it all up with the Mocha Ice Cream. Simply divine! Bubba Gump would be proud!

5. Bobaddiction
Bobaddiction is a truck for health-conscious people on the go. They serve up gourmet Boba teas (Boba is the Taiwanese delicacy of chewy sweet ball made from tapioca starch), fruit drinks, milk drinks, coffees, and slushies – but the showstopper is their shaved snow desserts with fresh fruit, shaved ice, boba, condensed milk, and ice cream!
Fans also love the milk teas – specifically the Jasmine and Honeydew Milks, which drinkers adore. Bobaddiction uses tea to enhance the flavors of their milk concoctions for truly taste treats.
Their unique offerings are so good, you’ll likely become addicted too!

6. Tutta’s Pizza
Tutta’s pizza offers fresh made dough, sauces, and smoked meats in a gourmet pizza truck that has a “kickin’” sound system. Their goal is to “make your mouth tingle.”
Patrons love the Hot Chick with smoked chicken, bacon, serrano peppers, five cheese blend, and Tutta’s signature pizza sauce. Their Feelin’ Aloha is also popular, with smoked pulled pork, candied pineapple, coconut flakes, and sauce.
But the hit of the show is the Baked Apple Pie Stromboli, a dessert pizza reminiscent of apple pie and baked on a pizza round!
You’ll love this pizza from the rolling vendor that is claimed by many to be the best pizza in town.

7. Ssahm BBQ
Ssahm BBQ is one of the best lunch spots in the DFW according to locals. In Korean, “Ssahm” means “to wrap” and that’s exactly what they do, bringing gourmet Korean taco wraps to the streets of Dallas / Fort Worth!
Ssahm BBQ blends Korean meats and spices and fuse them into Southwestern cuisine. While their tacos are a staple of the truck, their kimchee fries and Pork Rice Bowl are other fan favorites.

8. The Butcher’s Son
The Butcher’s Son hooked up with the Johnsonville brand to bring you a gourmet “Haute sausage menu.”
Their most popular menu is not brats or sausage but the Hospitality Slider – with buttermilk fried chicken tenderloin, garlic potato spread, and white country gravy, all on a brioche slider roll. The Dead Elvis is also a hit and has Nutella, peanut butter, and bacon on a slider roll!

9. Crazy Fish
Crazy Fish is a sushi truck and one of the healthiest mobile vendor offerings in DFW.
The Spicy Crab roll is a hit with the crowds and has crab, avocado, jalapeno, spicy mayo, and sriracha. The Texas-Cali is another great choice with crab, jalapeno, red bell pepper and sriracha.
For sushi on the go, try Crazy Fish. Despite its name, there’s nothing crazy about this truck – except how crazy good it is!

10. Jack’s Chowhound
Jack’s Chowhound is one of the first food trucks to make its entry into the DFW area. They offer delicious comfort food the Texas way.
Try the best seller, Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese on brioche bread, along with the hand-cut fries that come in Cajun, Sweet and Spicy, Regular, or Parmesan flavors.
